1. General Policy
At Oira ("we," "us," or "our"), all sales of products, services, and licenses are final. we do not offer refunds except in very limited and exceptional circumstances as outlined in this policy.
By making a purchase from Oira, you ("you" or "your") acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. we encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, terms, and any available trial versions before making a purchase. Certain jurisdictions may provide statutory rights to refunds or cancellations. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the following conditions are met:
- Payment has been successfully processed
- Product or service access has been granted
- License key or credentials have been delivered
- Digital content has been downloaded or accessed
- Service has been activated or utilized
we do not provide refunds based on:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Failure to read or understand product descriptions
- Compatibility issues with your system or requirements
- Lack of technical knowledge or ability to use the product
- Finding a similar product elsewhere at a lower price
- Not using the product or service after purchase
- Account termination or license revocation due to terms of service violations
3. How to Request a Refund
In very rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund at our sole discretion. These circumstances are limited to:
3.1 Technical Issues
A refund may be considered if:
- The product or service is fundamentally broken and cannot be fixed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days)
- The product does not function as explicitly described in our official documentation
- you have worked with our support team to resolve the issue and no solution could be found
- The issue is directly caused by a defect in our product, not third-party software or your system configuration
- Refund eligibility does not apply to issues caused by third-party dependencies, server configuration, or incompatible environments beyond our control
3.2 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase (purchasing the same product multiple times), we may refund the duplicate transaction provided you contact us within 48 hours of the purchase and the duplicate product has not been accessed or used.
3.3 Unauthorized Transactions
If your payment method was used without your authorization, we will work with you to investigate and may issue a refund once the unauthorized nature of the transaction is verified. you must report such issues within 14 days of the transaction.
4. Refund Request Process
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the exceptional circumstances outlined above, you must follow this process:
- Contact Support First: Before requesting a refund, you must contact our support team at hello@oira.io to attempt to resolve the issue. Many issues can be resolved through support.
- Provide Documentation: Include detailed information about your purchase (order number, date, payment method) and the specific issue you are experiencing.
- Allow Time for Review: we will review your request within 5-10 business days and respond with our decision.
- Accept our Decision: All refund decisions are final and made at our sole discretion. If a refund is denied, no further appeals will be considered.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days
- your access to the product or service will be immediately revoked upon refund approval
- Any licenses granted will be permanently terminated
- you must delete all copies of downloaded products or materials
- Refunds may be subject to processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount
- Processing fees charged by payment gateways or banks are nonrefundable and may be deducted from approved refunds
- The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
IMPORTANT: Do not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first may result in termination of your license and permanent restriction from future purchases. Oira reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses and associated costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Immediate and permanent termination of all your accounts and licenses
- Permanent ban from purchasing or using any Oira products or services
- Reporting to fraud prevention databases
we will vigorously dispute all chargebacks and provide evidence of product delivery, terms acceptance, and no-refund policy acknowledgment. In all cases, we maintain transaction logs, license activation records, and delivery confirmations to demonstrate product fulfillment. Oira reserves the right to pursue claims related to fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of payment systems.
7. Subscription Services
For recurring subscription services:
- you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
- you will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period
- Canceled subscriptions cannot be reactivated at the same price if promotional pricing was applied
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before the renewal date. Once a renewal charge is processed, it cannot be refunded
- we do not provide partial refunds for unused time, features, or service periods
8. License Revocation and Refund Exclusion
we reserve the right to revoke your license and access to our products at any time for violations of our terms of service, fraud, abuse, or any other reason at our sole discretion. No refunds will be provided in cases of license revocation, regardless of the reason for revocation or amount of time remaining on your license. License revocation does not entitle you to a refund or credit unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Products
Purchases or integrations involving third-party products or services are subject to those providers’ refund policies. Oira does not process or control refunds for third-party transactions.
11. Changes to This Policy
we reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email or through our website before the updated policy takes effect. your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy. This policy applies to all purchases made before and after any modifications.
